His first entrepreneurial venture, Unique Solutions, is a highly respected infrastructure solutions company and has the biggest market share in SAP Data Centers in Pune. As a Director of Adroit, Arif oversees all commercial functions and is responsible for strategic initiatives and business expansion. Arif holds a bachelors degree in engineering. |

Atul Joshi |

Atul began his career, over 18 years ago, in designing and coding EDP Systems before starting his first entrepreneurial venture - AT&M, which was a highly successful HRM product company. In his role as a Director, Atul is responsible for all customer deliveries and oversees day to day operations. He is instrumental in building strategic competencies within Adroit, developing quality processes, and in managing corporate finance. Atul is an engineer by qualification. |

Kaustubh Korde |

Kaustubh is responsible for business development and international expansion. Over the last 6 years, Kaustubh has lead sales in Europe for an Indian IT MNC, has incubated a near-shore delivery centre in Poland, and has started offshore operations for a leading European IT services company. He is a regular speaker at conferences, and is a visiting faculty at Symbiosis. Kaustubh is an engineer and has a MBA from IIFT. |
